Last night, I made a warm pork salad, with fettucini, basil/peas & splash of olive oil.

The pork, was from the previous evenings roast, sliced, with roasted capsicum & tomatoes, various lettuces, a warm mustard, low fat cream sauce, chives, and a poached egg on top, yum.
