Chandler is your cooking a hobby or your profession?

Your dishes sound slightly complicated and just as tasty.

Tonight I'm going simple...barbecued chicken with rice pilaf. I'll be working later than usual so not as much time this evening.

Issy - of COURSE you're my other sissy!

Y'all better behave though... I don't wanna have to break out the hose! Kidding, kidding.

XMrs.- Oh totally, we could be a force to be reckoned with. Haha. You should move out here, NY is only 4 hours away from me, hehe.

Keeping with the subject. This is more lunch than dinner, but I just had the yummiest salad ever. It was so simple too, just baby spinach leaves with some chicken, eggs and cheese. With balsamic vinegar. And XXX Vitamin Water. Mmmmm....

My newfound working out is making me want to eat better. Everybody wins!

    I've got to be direct
    If I'm off please correct
    You're standing on my neck....

    Is a necessary evil

I managed Restaurants for 17 years, since 18 years of age, had the best education as far as variety of dishes, naturally and the ability to watch them cook ...

Cocktail food for guests is a hobby, dinner parties, I just love creating, it's in my blood.

You guys have yiros? That's basically lamb meat cooked with herbs, with onion, garlic sauce, tomatoes in a pita bread.

I make mini lettuce cups for instance and put the lamb meat inside them, sauce over the top and hand them out at parties, wicked

Hmm... Tonight I had a baby spring salad with a slice of french bread and a glass of chocolate milk. Simple and good.

Haven't been cooking much the last few days. LOML and I had Japanese yesterday, my boss and I had Vietnamese today. I'll be cooking tomorrow. Probably something simple - a big salad and ...I don't know what yet. My son made himself an omlet, with a little input from Mom.

Sure do. They spell em Gyros over here. Downtown here there are several Gyro stands/Greek Restaurants. They use Tzatziki sauce which is basically a cucumber based cream sauce. Some are better than others.

OTYA for what ever reason, I know your not, but I still can't get it out of my head, I have always felt you were "Greek" haha, seriously. European way of thinking, the darkness, even though that can be Indian/American and so now we're talking Greek Food .

Tzatziki I love, it's in my fridge all the time, add garlic to it, and a little water and it becomes a dressing over salad, roast some capsicums slowly and tomatoes on way low, for 2hrs and place over the top of salad warm and it's even better

Oooooh, now that sounds like a plan!

Tonight I had pan fried oysters, fruit salad and macaroni salad. Nothing to drink and now I'm dying of thirst. I need a giant glass of ice water.
