Been giving this some thought. I have many questions but know that most answers will become apparent given time. I am considering getting further education, not necessarily a degree though, as I feel that would take more time than I'm willing to give it, I've been leaning more toward some certifications.
Recognizing that my intension affects the response and I do have something specific in mind; Should I expand on my existing formal education and background or move in a new direction?

The rune known as Ansuz, is associated with the Norse gods, particularly Odin, and represents controlled, creative and divine power. Spiritually, it is the rune of prphecy and revelation. It encompasses the ideas of wisdom.. so use that wisdom in your decisions. It also encompasses, knowledge, reason and communication and therefore of instructions and good advice. Seek knowledge from outside to gain your final decision, research thoroughly. It might also refer to a test, examination or perhaps an interview... Many furtharks replace this rune with the rune Os, which can sometimes cause confusion.

This is certainly food for thought. It ties in with some of my astrological stuff. I am very strongly fire (wild) and pretty much all about love and eros with a strong spiritual basis. One of my Grandmothers was Norse - so that Rune is especially interesting.

What's interesting, is that all your readings are different, granted there are 25 stones but they all, in my opinion relate quite well to where each of you are in your lives.

Glad to have that I have an affinity for flowers and stones. It's a joke in my mother's family that everytime we get together we go rock hounding. Looking at old family photos with my kids - "there's your grandma, picking up a rock", "there's mama, hunting for rocks", "Oh look, that's your great grandma and greatgreat grandma rock hunting".
Every woman has special things in her cedar chest - I've got pottery shards, chippings and arrowheads, along with various polished and rough stones. Oh, and dried, pressed flowers.
Of gemstones, emeralds are a favorite that I'm drawn to - perhaps it's my green eyes?

Only difference is I have to try to concentrate on your question so make the question "non vague" and I have to pick 3 stones, and then interperate the meanings of those stones.

To me this is saying you don't date for the purpose of just dating, rather, with full knowledge of past/present & future thoughts of what you are after, who you are and what will fullfill your life as two people and this is formost in your mind as you venture into that sphere.
PRESENT GEMSTONE:
Garnet: Man's gemstones. They were traditionallly worn as amulets against poison and plague.
PRESENT FLOWER:
Foxglove: Man's flower. The foxglove is extremely poisonous, however if properly used in medicine it can help with circulation problems.
Interesting that I chose Present instead of "all" runes for the stone and flower and out of 25, this is the only one that says MAN as the meaning.
I would suggest it is saying, watch out for players - and to gather all your beliefs in what you are after, before dating and look for those values before dating a person.

If I may please,
Not being sure what this is all about but I'm gathering that this is some form of charactization of one's life and the future it holds. As such, may I propose this question.
I tend to view myself as one who gives rather than takes. Many times in the past this has not always worked out for my best interests but that is something I have no regrets nor remorse. However, I'm at a stage in my life where I need to start feeling good about myself and getting satisfaction out of life for my own selfish reasons. Am I feinting short term gain over core beliefs and will that ultimately make me less happy?
