    So.

A commercial just came on for one of those 'couples' resorts, and it started me thinking about our bodies...While I am working to get more fit than I have been, I sometimes feel like I should wait until I am feeling better about my fitness before getting involved with any new romantic ventures

Have you gained or lost weight and had it impact your body image? How did your partner react or how did you feel about being attractive to a potential partner?
    C'mon girls - let's have some FUN!

In my opinion, you shouldn't put off anything due to fitness. Like people say, "Oh I'll wait to buy that dress until I've lost 6 pounds." Well guess what... it's highly likely that that weight will never come off, so goodbye dress!

And I think that confidence is key... I'm not thin by any stretch of the imagination, but I've learned to be pretty confident, and I've never gotten a negative remark about my weight.

I also honestly think that many people don't even notice weight changes in their partners, unless it's an incredibly HUGE difference. Like I said, if you just remain confident throughout, no one will give your "flaws" any notice.

My boyfriend just recovered from pretty bad food poisoning and lost like 10 pounds in the process. I didn't notice a thing.
