In my opinion, you shouldn't put off anything due to fitness. Like people say, "Oh I'll wait to buy that dress until I've lost 6 pounds." Well guess what... it's highly likely that that weight will never come off, so goodbye dress!![]()
And I think that confidence is key... I'm not thin by any stretch of the imagination, but I've learned to be pretty confident, and I've never gotten a negative remark about my weight.
I also honestly think that many people don't even notice weight changes in their partners, unless it's an incredibly HUGE difference. Like I said, if you just remain confident throughout, no one will give your "flaws" any notice.
My boyfriend just recovered from pretty bad food poisoning and lost like 10 pounds in the process. I didn't notice a thing.![]()
