help me with your opinion
I am a man and I know this is a girls forum but I have a problem that I want to share with you.
There is one girl that told me I am ugly and I should not try to date anyone so I want your opinions honestly please.

Your a grown man, surely, you are aware that "people" can be visious in life, try to destroy your self esteme.
The key is to laugh at them in the face... and ignore.
You know that your not un-attractive, your body is well proportioned, you have smiling eyes....
Quit worrying and get out there and date.................

She's full of it. Don't listen to her. Sounds like she was just trying to be hurtful.

This girl doesn't know what Ugly means. And you neither, for wondering if she was right/wrong!

And btw, there is no such thing as 'an ugly person'!
You go and fight for what you want mate, if you think it should happen, fight for it, heck if my girl wasnt crazy in love id be fighting for her love, but its none of my buisness anymore, I just drown in my sorrows. Don't let this happen to you.
Well I think your a good looking guy. My girlfriends thing some people are cute that I don't and vise versa. There is a beautiful sweet girl out there for you. Do not stop dating. Because in the end your looks might get you a girl. But your personality is what will keep her. So focus on being a good guy and someone will come along.

you are ok, nothing to worry about.
Everyone finds beauty in different aspects of people. What she might find gorgeous... another person may not. And what she finds unnattractive others may see attraction. You can't base your self-worth on one persons opinion anymore than you can base worth on several other peoples opinions.
You have to find that from within and understand that looks are but a fraction of creates chemistry and attraction.
Whether or not I think your attractive shouldn't matter to you , same as whether or not some brutal girl thinks you are unattractive shouldn't matter.
Anyone that would say something like that is obviously just trying to be hurtful. You have to take it for what it is. Someone who really thought you ugly wouldn't bother saying that to you. Her goal was to hurt you.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
You're not ugly....obviously she was just trying to be mean. People have different tastes and well they have a horrible way of expressing it alot of times and end up saying hurtful things because they think their opinion matters over everyone elses. Everyone is beautiful really.. like the saying goes,beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Outside looks really is'nt everything,what counts is what's inside your heart really. There's like over 6 billion people on earth, and I'm sure alot of people will beg to differ what she said...I mean why would one person's opinion really matter anyways?
She must feel very ugly inside to say something like that....
