I bought my beautiful home all by myself, granted that was 7 months ago now, but I'm still proud and will be til the day I keel over.

I like the name Marcel, and thought it fitting for the sophisticated Siamese that is the fur-covered love of my life.

More than I give myself credit for... apparently I inherited my mother's green thumb and wisdom because I'm way more successful at gardening than I thought I ever would be.

animal welfare is a big one.. I've been a member of a number of orginizations that both rehab abused/injured animals and lobby for more stringent animal welfare laws/regulations...

I do like my job! Definitely not where I thought I'd be when I entered college, but I'm learning so much and prospects are great!

ocean - over a month ago. snow - 2 weeks ago (its only April, so snow is still very much a factor here in Wisconsin...)

Right now working a labor job to pay for tuition so I cannot say I like it. When I get my degree I plan on working as a lab tech then move onto research assistant then full out research technician.
