Are you talking about the work force? Or, in general?
People are all different. Some are very closed and so don't let anyone in and therefore, never smile...
Some people like power, and so act very bossy, and don't care about who they offend.
But it's not a gender thing. It's people and their way of thinking, or the type of personality that they are.

Not EVERY guy is going to be nice,as well as not EVERY girl.I've known dozens of mean people,very bossy,and very kept to themselves.But then ive met many many really nice people,who make me laugh,and smile.
Its not the gender like CW said,everyone is different,and ofcourse your gunna meet lots of jerks in this world,But I'de say so far...i've met some pretty great guys,weather them be my ex,a friend,ect,ive met alot of great guys
