Just in awe (love) and had to share
I never was able to experience what it was like to have a husband and it just be me and him. I had my first child exactly a month after I turned 17 so I never got to experience the "normal" beginnings of a marriage - just a husband and a wife. I always had a child present in my two marriages.
I just wanted to share that I have just had the most wonderful evening I have had in my 42 years. Tonight was the first night I have ever had with my wonderful husband and not had children around - my youngest child has flown the coup, moved out a week ago.
Don't get me wrong I love my two boys but ladies and guys ......... it is a wonderful feeling to spend an evening having the place to yourselves, sharing, talking, cooking dinner together.
I never knew what I had missed in my younger days until now.
I am in love and in a good place.
There is a method to my madness ........ I just haven't found it yet.
