    We all here give a lot of ourselves of quite personal information. Let's just say that if (very hypothetically) we were to meet up somewhere, would we all be comfortable going nude ?

    It's not going to happen of course, but would we feel comfortable with the others?
    Would some come along but stay dressed? How many would be very open and go nude?

    Smiled when I read that together, with saying NO WAY...

    I am a free spirit, but I can see where you are coming from but at the end of the day, we are still all strangers, over an internet, having said that, If I stayed with some of the ladies, here that I feel close with, at there home? Or them here? I would feel comfortable if I was wearing underwear, or naked, but a man? Whom I don't know? Via an internet that I may have befriended?

    Na...

    The way I see it is simple, it's reserved for my man and if I was single, it's reserved for me, not for someone to view for no apparent reason....

    Mean't in the best possible way

    Hehe. I think that showing your innermost thoughts and emotions to other people, like we do on this forum, is not the same as showing your body! Being "nude" with your emotions is different than being so with your flesh.

    I think you'd still have to be a "nudist" to do so.

    very interesting MesT - we do show our innermost feelings to one another, and of course, we are anonymous. But I thought that it would be interesting to see how "open" people feel they are, and of course, how open we can be toward one another. Isn't it strange that we can convey very personal details to one another and yet, perhaps not feel comfortable simply without clothes? No offence taken CW bythe way, perfectly reasonable answer. It'll be interesting to see what the others say ! You might find some people find it easier to shed their clothes than give away very personal details??

    That's a different question Would I shed my clothes in front of strangers, rather than give away personal details?

    See, I am a believer of I can give advice, opinions they can be broad, but I don't have to state my own experiences, unless I feel I wish to share, my priogrative, my decision, my choice..... So, it's my choice too as to whether I would shed my clothes but I say not, again I am a free spirit but I don't see the sense in showing my glory, to strangers...

    Again Like Mes stated, unless I was a nudest, not withstanding I am certainly not ashamed of my body

    Comfort with nudity is very situational. If you are around people who are not comfortable with it, it is uncomfortable, if only because you know you are making them uncomfortable.

    I remember a fad from a while back... Streaking! I suppose that has been the closest to nudist group activities i have participated in... That and the occational moon-ing...(nudge-nudge..wink-wink..)WC, read your post on 'thinking about'...
    But like others have pointed out, many of us have shared inner most, private thoughts, ideas, and situations. The combination is like CW stated, reserved for our man. So, no it would not be a situation i would put myself in, or if i did
    it would be clothed...

    I don't believe for one minute that people that are comfortable with public nudity are all on some higher emotional plain than people that aren't. So I don't think just because you expose raw emotion to people that it would correlate with being comfortable with being nude around them.

    They are two very different types of exposure.
    Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.

    I have no problem being nude if that is the situation, and having gone to nude beaches with people I know and having been there around people I don't know, that is an already answered situation. However, being around people from this forum, with removal of part of the anonymity of this forum, would require more thought on that subject. Its not that I don't like the people on this forum, I do like them, but there is some things that are still private that may come out before I am comfortable in revealing them.

    Im not shy at all, I would be totally open and comfortable being nude in front of you and others.
