Something I saw recently on another forum which started quite an interesting debate was the fact "Of course women don't work as hard as men, because we get it right first time"!

I do hope I haven't started World War Three, I've only just joined and I would hate to be banned so soon.

What we work smarter instead of harder?

On a serious note, it depends on the employment, the marketing ideas, the passion...

Behind every man is a great woman And, behind every employer is a great receptionist/administrator, which usually is a woman, but that's because we basically had to do the courses at school, we weren't told to aim at being a leader, president or Prime Minister, after all they were all mean't to be men, but even that's changing these days...

Even WC will chime in that in her industry she beats the men hands down Yet, there is labour involved....

Personally, it's a passionate person that works hard to succeed in the passion that they chose to commence with, be it as an employee or employer in my opinion, the sex doesn't come into it.

Now if you want to say women don't work as hard as men around the house, because they get it right the first time, I'd have to disagree because we go behind them and get it right after they finish therefore, we work harder

    Unless it's cooking, as I'm a cook but he's a Chef :P
Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!

I think men and woman work as hard equally...but I think it comes down to how hard the person works personally. You can't generalize based upon personal experiences of working with men and women.
~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~
