What counts in making a happy marriage is not so much how compatible you are but how you deal with incompatibility. - Leo Tolstoy

Oh gosh.....I dream of so many things. And it depends on my girly cycle too. If I'm premenstrual, I have more intense, often negative stressful dreams. Other times, I might dream I'm suddenly able to flap my wings and fly......and I might dream I'm having a passionate encounter with someone I would NEVER have a passionate encounter with in real life. It's quite funny.![]()

"The next time you're thinking of kicking someone when they're down, offer them your hand and help them back up instead."
I had a dream last night that I got lost in the woods...and Matt Lauer helped me get back to where I was supposed to be going. I haven't watched the "Today" show in forever...where the <insert expletive here> did Matt Lauer come from??
Traveling, jumping off a building, the death of a loved one, sex... the rest I fail to remember.
When I have a nightmare, it is about the time I was raped. Thankfully, those are not very often any more. Good dreams I have about children, school and the old days when I lived in Hawaii.
I daydream about being a nurse after I finish school.
Zen is more of an attitude than a belief.
Everybody's dreams are really about their sub-conscious. And even if you see a person in your dream who you don't know. You have actually seen that person some where in your life before. Such as in a busy shopping centre. It's all to do with photographic memory and that we actually do have millions of images in our memory that we have once seen throughout our life.
I usually dream about swimming, although I can't swim.
Would be interesting to see on this thread how many people dream about the same things![]()

I used to dream about the man I love kissing me - when he used to. Then I quit dreaming for quite some time and now I dream about mundane things like fixing my car.
We can only learn to love by loving. - Iris Mudoch, British writer
Some nights I can ask myself to "please please dream of the biochemical tests that are on the exam tomorrow", I go into it thinking of catalase and then when I wake up the next morning I realized that my memory is of catching talking fish or running through the jungle looking for a coke bottle (because in the dream it makes total sense). So I dream about really random things. However more often than not my very weird dreams always seem to have a basic idea that I need to get away from something, or keep hidden to not be found and so forth. That or something in my daily routine, like sitting in class. Those dreams are the worst because I wake up and have to go to class to do the thing I just dreamt about.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.
