Yesterday, we visited a pet store.. We have two lop rabbits, so cuteThey're running around in the garage at present and get put to bed in their little pet cage at night however, we wanted a much larger one so the dogs can't scare them outside, so they can also get some sunshine.
Anyways... This pet shop was totally full of bird cages, some birds quite expensive.. But David and I walked out of there totally sad, refused to purchase the rabbit hutch, each cage had in some instances 50 birds in it, some alone, a mother with little ones putting her wing over them, in protection and feeling stressed.. Some just looked like that was where they were going to die and had been since born, it was just the saddest thing...
PS: Rayner? You haven't gone to the introduction section yet and introduced yourself to us, don't be shy, we are all anonymous here and we all like to get to know our members even if it's a little...
And, PSS, what makes you cry? When you start a thread, you usually end up stating your thoughts as well...
