Y'all might laugh when I say 'old school' cause I'm only 30, but here goes. My old school.
ACDC - Hells Bells, Billy Idol - White Wedding, Aerosmith - Pink is my favorite color, Godsmack when I need a pick me up and Metillica does the same, can I get some love for GNR November Rain was my jam in Middle school, Kid Rock, Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams, Nirvana, Offspring - Self Esteem, Rammstein - Du Hast, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rob Zombie, Sugar Ray, Tom Petty - Mary Jane, Alice Cooper, Candelbox, Carlos Santana, Hootie & The Blowfish, Prince, Meatloaf.

Then the R&B that allowed me to live after breakups and chasing the honeys. lol
Aaron Hall, Babyface, Boys 2 Men - End of the road was a fav. Brian McKnight, Jodeci and Silk (Freak Me) was right there with Boys 2 Men, Keith Sweat, R. Kelly, TLC.

The old country is great too. I really love Georgia and Family Tradition by Hank Williams Jr.
All takes me back.

LOVE Warren Zevon!

And i will definitely check out the Vitamin String Quartet! I absolutely love that stuff! Right up my alley!

I've definitely listened to Rush and I've heard of Transatlantic.. i'm sure if i heard a song i'd know.. but i'm not familiar with the other two!

Oh yes! Tool and a Perfect Circle.. both absolutely amazing!! My brother and a ton of my friends are HUGE tool fans so I've been "forced" to listen to it over the years!

I'm a huge fan of 80s butt rock too.. you know the kind : Axe, Scorpions, Poison, Skidrow, GNR.. the awesome stuff that makes you want to wear stone washed jeans, a bandanna and too much hair spray.

Since i was a little girl I've been listening to a band called Lillian Axe and JUST figured out that they are Christian rock.. they are literally Christian hair metal

It's awesome!

Anyone ever hear of a band called Baby Animals?? or Concrete Blonde?? Two other amazing bands i jammed out to as a child.. haha!!

hahaha seriously! Love all of that noise! I was actually just listening to TLC OooOOOO on the TLC Tip a few minutes ago.. and always have the Crazy Sexy Cool album ready to go at a moments notice! And don't forget Salt N Pepa.. especially Shoop!

I'm a mood music type person,

Normally I like to listen to singer/songwriters of the 60's-70's. Can listen to Fogelberg, JT, Carly Simon, Carole King, CSNY, Simon&Gargunkel, Jack Johnson (I do like him)

My happy mood groups are groups like Sly & the Family Stone, EW&F, Springsteen, etc.

Romantic moods are best with Luther Vandross, Al Green

But by and large, growing up with 4 brothers who all had different musical tastes gave me a pretty good variety to choose from.
