Sounds like another case of people not knowing the correct names of body parts. My guess is it is the vulva that is being referred to.

Yes it is likely the "vulva" lol, I personally do not care for the word so I say vagina like so many others. So yes, spreading the legs and looking at the vulva turns many guys on.
