Well it might be ok to lie if it works to your advantage, cheating is never right...

I believe they're called "white lies" that being a lie to protect someone... Failing that, you always, always, get caught out in lies so no point even going there..
Cheating, is cheating also on yourself, hiding, lying, and in my opinion, morally wrong... So, as everyone has stated, "it's not okay"...

Yes when i said it's ok to lie if it works to your advantage i meant a little white lie, like "Oooo no i dunno how that dent got in the car" parking lot i guess..

I take it this way, a lie is lie as long as you are using it for your own advantage and becoming selfish. If you are just joking or helping without advantage because someone is going to do harmful act and you got to lie to stop it then it is not a lie.
