I feel Depressed
Just recently my great grandmother died. I am grieving a lot because of her death, but this sadness I feel isn't because of her death. I feel like I don't want to talk to anybody or do anything. I don't care about school or anything around me, and I feel like I want to cry. What should I do?

Well when i feel Depressed i have sex, wait thats when im mad, or happy or sad, sometimes even when im hungry, Hmmm im not much help

Keep a diary? Listen to music? Go to a nice place you like a lot and be with your thoughts for a couple of hours? We all go through such phases, especially during our teen years, but it's important to try and do something you really like doing during the day, just for yourself.
Any idea what's causing this sadness that started before her death? Was she sick?

OSU is Oregon State University, and I live 3000 miles away from my family, but that wasn't the reason why I feel this way. I have no idea what is fully causing this...
