I went to a "Not your Mother Tuperware" party a few months back and spent a few hundred. Talk about desperate to try to find something that works!!!
I have three different kind of vibrators (two I bought previous to the party). Besides those, I also have a silver bullet with the dolphin top, a large vibrating tongue that I haven't gotten use to yet, and a large waterproof vibrating penis that I don't think would even fit inside of me yet LOL. Oh, and I can't forget the fuzzy handcuffs.Don't know if those count or not.
So far the silver bullet with the dolphin top is what has shown the most progress but I still haven't broken through that brick wall yet.
