    I'm not sure that overloading the circuits falls into the managements requirements to reset although they will do it. It is not the same as replacing lighting that burns out due to end of life. It could be seen as negligence, and after being warned in writing, gross negligence. If damage occurs, they should have right to seek recompense. Maybe it says something about it in the lease.
