Your points are valid, but still.. The man who went into the brothel could tip off the police anonymously.

You are right that some of the men might not realise the women were coerced - but it only takes one to tell her customer and have him report it to have the whole place shut down.

I really wonder what the police will do if someone shows up without a passport an claims to have been held as a sex slave. I think at worst they would be deported back to their home country - pretty much how they started out. I don't know though.

I agree that prostitution is a poor career choice for the great majority of women, but I also think it is a path they have a right to choose if hey want. Thinking about your $1200 a night offer - I wonder if I would have taken that when I was in college (to have sex with random unattractive women). I was pretty poor.

For obvious reasons I've never tried to find pedophilia online so I don't know how common it is. In the US the FBI puts an enormous amount of effort into tracking down child porn - there have been a lot of claims that the extent of the crime much less than is claimed, but again I dont' know.

Good god, I can't imagine someone admitting to anyone that they had sex with (raped by any reasonable definition) a 5 year old. There is clearly no consent at that age.
