I haven't really been up on all the information regarding the trial. I didn't realize that there was no evidence supporting that caylee had drown, wow that changes a lot in my view point. How in the heck can anyone believe a word that comes out of that womans mouth? I swear if she said the sky is blue I would double check and get verification from 10 other people just to be sure.

It's so confusing seriously.

The Father is accused of sexual molestation of his daughter, claims to write a suicide note "here I come" to his grandaughter after her death..

Mother stands up for daughter, I looked up chloroform not my daughter like she is standing by her...

Sure the daughter could be nuts.

What if the Father sexually assulted the grandaughter and can't live with it because she died? And that is why all the stories are different throughout the family, everyone covering up?

What was the name of the little girl found in the basement that the mother made a model? She was strangled and same thing they were found not guilty but suspected.. They said there was a ransom note..

Maybe these people used that case in this case....

This is I suspect what the Jury viewed as well....

You may be referring to Jon Benet Ramsey who was found murdered at christmas 1996. The investigation was poorly handled but DNA evidence cleared the family members in 2008. There had been a number of break ins in the affluent community and a window in the house had been probably forced open sometime earlier. There were apparent efforts to obscure or even create evidence. There was a ransom note that was possibly but never proven to have been written by the mother. There were no tracks in the snow but it came out later that some doors of the house were unlocked and walkways cleared of snow. It was a sad mess and became a media circus. That poor family never had another moments peace.

Scott Peterson, Missing Pregnant wife, Him having an Affair, Lying where he was, having family and friends and " phones " and Mistresses, Computer and other things showing he was Not there when the Pregnant Body of wife and Child's Body was Missing.

They were months later, found Dead in the Coastal water , Eaten by the Sea. Exoskeletons Only.. deemed Bodies of his wife and Unborn In two separate coves and separated body pieces, ( DNA and MEDIA )

His Crime ?

Convicted by his " behavior " no Physical Evidence that actually He Killed his wife and Unborn .

Still serving Life Sentence on Death Row in California, based on " Circumstantial Evidences"
What happened ?

We Still Do Not know.
We know she and the baby are Dead and that Scott is on Death Row for the Circumstantial Evidence.

Now on to the other Peterson, indited for one missing wife, a second wife that had he had divorced that may have been "killed " by him. And the 3rd wife that was Lucky to not be Deceased as of yet.

Still awaiting " Trial " by his Peers. And the People that have Never seen the " Evidence" of a Crime Commuted By Him.!!
But he is a Cop, had the Motive, Has the Reasonable reasons of how his 2nd wife Passed away in a Bathtub and then his 3rd wife is also missing.

All I can say is I hope his Trial is based on Physical Proof, not Judged by Us that " think" or Gather other Possible Circumstantial, Human Behavior.

And that if We do Wrong in Our Hearts or Actions. We will not have to wait 20 years fighting the legal System, when We Know we are Guilty.

That's the one I was referring to

But see how without "evidence" and all the speculation that went with it, it was the Mother, it was the Brother, it was the Father, not guilty....

Nothing is stopping the Casey Anthony case to have gone in the same thought pattern, he said, she said, he did it, she did it, no evidence we will get off because of the Joh Bennett case...
