Today they had the annual zombi walk here. It is part of ComicCom but anyone can join in the zombi walk. Hubby asked me if I wanted to go, but after he showed me how I would have to makeup and dress I declined. Painting yourself with fake blood and dressing in rotten looking clothes is not my idea of fun. I saw it on the news, everyone that did go seemed to have a lot of fun, but they were stopping in the many bars along the way.

Hubby also asked me if I wanted to go to ComicCom tomorrow. I heard it was sold out and no tickets were available but Hubby said policeman have their ways to get tickets. I then asked him if he can get tickets to other events. I would like to go to the Katy Perry concert next month if I could get close enough to see her, it is in the stadium. He said he will work on getting upfront floor level tickets. I can hardly wait.

That sounds awesome! I didn't even know there was such a thing. I would have jumped at the chance to do it too, but zombies freak me out, so probably would've been scary to be in a crowd like that. Lol. It sounds really fun though. I can't resist zombie madness, even though the idea terrifies me, it's fun.

On many events there is usually off duty employment available for police. Movie shoots are a big source of extra money for the police. Large events like concerts follow the same pattern. There are probably also a number of good comp tickets available to the police. Someone will be willing to part with a couple for a fellow cop at a good price or maybe free.
