Tell me, what should you be doing that you are shirking by being on WH?

    I should be:
    1. cleaning house
    2. doing laundry
    3. packing for my 13-hour drive (!!) that is going to happen on Friday night or Saturday morning. I have to pack for me, the baby, and the hubby (if I want him to have clean underwear by the end of the trip, anyways.)
    4. Finishing my grad school application, which basically entails translating 8 pages of papers I once wrote into Spanish. Eghh.

Feel free to update as the things you should be doing change

I should be cleaning the bathroom. Ugh! I need to teach my son how to do this the right way. Lol. Toothpaste all over the counter, and I'm not sure if they even try to aim inside the toilet. I love my boys though. Just wish the were cleaner.

...and laundry. I keep up with it ok if you don't look in the laundry area. A mountain of clean clothes needing to be put away is better than a mountain of dirty ones.

Well now I have to go do it or I'll nag myself all day. Thanks a lot Little! You're ruining my procrastination time. Lol

Haha, there is now a load of laundry in my washing machine and the dishwasher is half-loaded! The problem I have with cleaning is that my house is basically a large loft apartment, and the bannister upstairs is NOT baby-safe. So, it goes a while without a good cleaning. I feel bad, for like half a second

No, this is a good thread. I made myself get it over with, and it only took about 30 minutes. I still have to put away some laundry, but I can deal with letting it sit until the next load is done drying. I don't want to have to go back to it again later.

There are just not enough hours in the day. :P

LAUNDRY, dishes, just a general cleaning. I feel like my house has been neglected. I've promised myself that we'd do some serious cleaning this weekend.

Oh yeah, dishes. Well... It's better to save those for just before dinner anyways, since I'll already be in the kitchen.

I had to laugh about the cats. We have a young cat that will jump and grab my youngest son's leg on his way to the bathroom in the morning. He's only 4, so doesn't always get that the kitty just missed him all night and wants to play. Occasionally the cat will try to tag me too, but normally just goes after the small one. Lol. Thankfully he doesn't use his claws, just grabs on like a hug.

Lol , Crystal , that's so cute. I think you are right about the cat missing your son.

I know my cats, must hear me coming up the stairs because they are both there in the foray when I open the door. The problem is Charlie is Black and my hallway, is pretty dark ( I keep lights off for conservation ).
But there is Charlie, giving me her Meow Meow , which is to me "Mama", and she knows I have my hands full, I tell her so, Lol. But she insists on going between my legs as I'm walking, Meowing about her day.

She has to sniff my shoes when I take them off, socks too. When I get to the Computer room and sit down, you'd think she would jump in my lap. Not Charlie, she's not a lap cat and hates to be picked up.

So we play " Stinky Feet ". I put my feet up on the Glider Ottoman, Tell her " Smell My Stinky feet "up she jumps and Rubs my feet with her cheeks. I wiggle the glider, it throws her off balance and she jumps down & Runs. ( She's a Fraidy cat " of any sudden movement or noises.) Then I get Peace for awhile.

Usually 10 minutes, then there's Charlie again, She has to have me get up and get her some food. Now mind you the cats have full dishes in the hallway, but there is a dish by my chair, That I have to put food in for her, even if it has food already in it. But first I have to uncover it with whatever object she has found to cover it with, socks, a dish towel, newspaper, She covers it so Dizzy cant eat out of it .. Lol

Oops there I go off Subject again.. But whats new ? Lmao
What I should be doing right now, is getting my Daughter up so we can go shopping. But it's only 8:30 am, so I'll procrastinate another half hour and read some more threads her on WH ..
