My grown-up Christmas list

Something I think about often is that if money never existed, the world we be a much better place. I wish everyone could live in peace. No one trying to be the highest power. No violence. None of these non-sense wars. Everyone working just to keep society running. This world makes me so sad. I've seriously debated having children because of it. I don't want to bring a child into this sickening place...

No one agreeing or dis-agreeing with your thoughts?

Without money we can not live, but if we all had equal maybe we would be?

Highest power, there will always be people seeking for this, a feeling of success, maybe if power was used more for good, the World would be a better place... But sometimes, we need someone fair in power, not using power to help us on our journey.

Funny, years ago I said the same thing about bringing a child into this World, years later, I didn't ....

I think it's changed to I want, I need, I have to have, you have to find a way....The "peer pressure" appears to be worse every ten years in my opinion

Ahh, financial equality... sounds so good on paper but as we have seen in HISTORY my dear, it does not work.

This world is what we make of it. I think it can be a wonderful place to live. You mention violence and nonsense wars... well to be quite honest most people aren't affected by either in their day to day lives. Not unless they enlist in the army or get into a pub brawl or get mugged in the street or something. Most people lead quiet and safe lives.

lol this is true.

I like this thread title, "grown up Christmas list." It'd be interesting to have a class full of children write lists and a class full of adults do the same and compare.
