    Default Spa/salon/boutique names?

So my fiancee and I have discussed opening a spa/salon/boutique. Possibly even adding a hotel to the equation once we have the funding. We've been brainstorming names and so far, everything has been taken! We've added a friend to the equation to help us out, and he's also stumped.

So any suggestions? Personally, I love the name Spalon! Haha but they hate it. Maybe you all can throw some names at me and it will spark something in my mind.

I have several friends that are either hair dressers, nail techs, and work at different salons/spas, most of them use their names in the title , whether it be their first or last names depending on how well it fits. One friend has one that is called "Jodi's hair care" another is Heavenly hands spa & salon, another one that i tan at is called "main street tanning", and i get my hair done at a salon called "Cutters Salon" just a simple name.Hope this helps, good luck!!

I actually fell in love with Alea (prounounced Al-ee-a) Spalon and Boutique...but one of em doesn't love it as much as I.

The problem with using names though is we all don't have the same one. Thank you for the input though! It definitely put a few ideas in my head.

I think you should start with the theme of your spa/salon before you pick a name for it. The spa will undoubtably have a certain "air" about it, and the name should compliment that...

Is it geared more towards relaxing and serenity (perhaps Zen?)?

Is it geared towards holistic treatments/natural beauty?

Is it geared towards being funky, fresh, and young?

Decide the direction of your spa, the experience you want your future customers to get while there. Feel it yourself. Then choose a name that reflects that feeling/experience.

    Totally agree with KM

It's the "feeling" you want to draw and attract, -

Ultimate indulgence spa salon, suggests class treatment for instance but expensive as well...

So what are you going to do that is going to be different from your competitors that will draw them to you?

I am about to do signage for my business...There are like 5 real estate companies along the road, some franchise, (tick) I can beat them with commission, some soul operators, mmm how to beat them? What are they doing? They are concentrating on technology, spending the clients money in advertising...I will counteract that with it's not necessary, the internet and the State paper is all that people look at, thus saving them money..

.........................Real Estate - THE HOME OF 1.5%
THE HOME OF THE SMALL MAKEOVER

My window will look into a house, my office will be set up as a lounge room, and the window display, full of vases, flowers, cushions, books, items that will go into the home to display their home better in photos ....

Myself and my Property Manager's photo will be on the window pointing inside with "SEE INSIDE OUR HOUSE", visable from the street and at the bottom, it will be painted black, with written words of testimonials everywhere, in white...

So in other words, it's the theme and those words on the window that will intice people to look inside "my house" and consider using me..

I had a piece of property once, with 4 small cabins on a river, I used it for my own Peaceful place, then finally used it for Rentals, except for Winters as it was too isolated.

It was peaceful, relaxing, a place to get away from the Concrete Jungle, Out in Nature, with trees, wild flowers, the river to swim and fish in. Campfires at night, walks on trails, horseback riding and canoes.
All could be used except for my main cabin.

    I Named it Shangri La.
It's meaning was loosely from Shangri-La being synonymous with any earthly paradise — a permanently happy land, isolated from the outside world.

So if you are looking for a name that evokes peaceful and tranquil relaxation and a place to feel Pampered, to let the stress go.
Try Shangri La. Even if you added a motel, the meaning would still cover a little hideaway that people could go to get away,.

You would have lots of material in which to decorate as a theme, Trees, Flowers Mini Waterfalls.
