Default Going camping on the beach - or not

My husband sent me a text at school. When I called him back he asked if I wanted to go camping on the beach this weekend. His friend has a RV and invited us to go camping with him. He has reservations at El Capitán State Beach.

I would just love to spend the weekend at the beach but I'm worried about this arrangement. For one thing this friend, a fellow policeman, is the guy that kept pushing beer on my husband the day he got drunk. For another thing, I've seen his RV, it is small, we would have our own bed but it would be close to their bed with only a curtain separating.

My main concern is that he will get my husband drunk and he might act like he did the last (and only) time he got drunk. I told my husband I would think it over and see if I had a heavy load of homework. I need to answer this evening, if we go we would drive our own car and leave this evening. If I decide not to go, should I tell my husband about my concerns, which would be the reason for not going? Maybe if I did, he might think I am a nagging wife or that I don't trust him.

Can't you just ask him nicely to keep his alcohol consumption under control while on this little trip? Plus you'll be there to keep an eye on him.

El Capitan has a nice beach. If you want more privacy, maybe a tent would more private, so take one along if it will fit in the site. The train still goes by in the middle of the night. Tell hubby there will be no sex if he is drunk or you are uncomfortable.

Well a weekend away is usually a good thing when possible, also good to go with friends.

The one thing is to realize your Hubby is responsible for his own Drinking, his Friend didn't " get him Drunk " Hubby Drank on his own, Hubby Got Drunk, Hubby knows how to say NO.

Hubby being a Police Officer, seriously knows much better than alot of people what it is like to deal with Drunk People. So he should be able to have a few drinks, enjoy a Campfire and enjoy yours and his friends company.

As far as the RV. it being Small should not be a huge thing, when " Fake Camping, RVing ) you mainly use the vehicle for Sleeping, potty , fridge and stove, if campfire cooking is not available.

Personally, having another couple just separated by a curtain, would so make me not want to have Sex in the RV. If you and Hubby want some romantic time, either take a tent as JNS said, or even Sleeping bags and definitely go somewhere there is no Traffic from other Campers.

Or you can stay at the Campsite late & get a Motel down the road, if into the Hanky Panky and join the friends again in the Morning.

You can just tell hubby, you are excited to go, a bit worried about the Privacy issue for all of you, so No Hanky Panky and if the other couple wish to Hanky Panky, that hubby needs to be willing & Sober enough to drive to a Motel.

Other than That Enjoy Your Weekend.

We'll be leaving in about an hour, our host had to work today and is just getting off. I've got my diabetes supplies and my food all packed up. Being a diabetic and a vegetarian limits my food choices. Hubby assures me there will be electricity so I'm bring a small rice cooker and brown rice. I'll be going easy on the beans because of the small RV (my gas problem) so I have a lot of tofu. Hubby's sister is coming over to feed and water my cat.

Hubby promised me he wouldn't drink more than one drink and I promised him we would do something special. I have been reading about karezza and this might be the time and place to try it.

Well good luck on that Chaya, No Moaning, no loud Kissing, only Touchy Feely with just a curtain between the other couple trying karezza if it is the same I remember .

Reminds me of teenage days ( long time ago ) and everyone not caring who saw or heard what ( within reason ).. But of course you have two Police officers, so I am sure you all will be well Protected. Lol

And Sex with no Orgasm, is called by three names, Frustration and Foreplay and of Course karezza.

    But Enjoy..

There was no sex on our side of the RV last night. We got there late and had to set up the camp, that is - get the tables, chairs, BBQ grill etc. out of the RV and set it up. Then we fixed a light dinner and washed dishes and cleaned up. By that time, I was so exhausted I fell asleep the second my head hit the pillow.

At about 2AM, I almost had a heart attack, a train was rumbling by and blew the horn. Everyone else went right back to sleep but I couldn't so I went outside and was walking around. I heard something walking in the trees and ran back to the RV. I don't know what was out there and didn't want to find out. In the morning we had to get up and close the sofa/bed to make room to start breakfast. They are in there cooking eggs, bacon and sausage. I've only been a vegetarian for about 2 weeks so I still get cravings when I smell food I like so I had to go outside, I'm sitting on a lawn chair with my iPad waiting for them to finish breakfast so I can have some tofu and rice. I still haven't seen the beach but I have my swim suit on just to be ready.

I told you about the train, but even if you know it is startling. Have fun.

When the train horn went off I must have jumped a foot in the air. When I woke up and heard the train, at first I thought it was a tornado.

You didn't tell me about the tar on the beach. I got it all over my feet and some on my white swimsuit. I hate to think it might be in my hair.

I have never seen oil or tar on the beaches in Hawaii. All the beaches there are pristine.

Chaya, let your hair down you seem to worry about every detail before an event and on an event, how can you possibly enjoy yourself?

    Eat an egg...

Walk in the tar and laugh, wash it off.

    Live....
Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!
