    Default Las Vegas-What to do??

My boyfriend and I are going to Vegas for our one year anniversary next month. I was hoping that I might get some input from some people who have been there about what is fun to do. What lives up to the hype and what doesn't?

We don't have an infinite supply of cash, so although we plan to do some shows and gambling, I'd like a wide arrange of activities. We'll be there 4 days.

    Thanks!

    KY!!!

Well, since I live in Vegas, I can hook you up on whatever. Figure out what shows, if any, you want to see and I can get discounts available only to locals. I've got some other things too.

    I've got lots of suggestions!

How did I not know you were in Vegas!?! Man, I must have been oblivious but now I totally see where it says Vegas lol. I'll shoot you an email to your personal email. Do you still have the same one?

    LB,

I sent you a long rambling email to the email I had for you. If it's changed, PM me and let me know. We are open to suggestions, but I am sooo overwhelmed with options at this point that any guidance is appreciated. Discounts are always good too

I'm hoping the weather ends up being nice in February!

Gamble, eat buffets, see shows. When gambling, don't follow a bad streak down a hole. Walk away and look around at other things. I've lost more on slots than I've won. I've made more on roulette than I've lost (I play for low stakes - minimum bet of 5 - $1 chips on 5 individual numbers - always the same set in a session). There is bungee jumping, seeing an in-house circus, and a lot of other things you can do.

    I love Las Vegas!

    My suggestions.

Must do: Wynn Buffet, you will *not* regret it, everything is amazing.
Go later in the evening to avoid the dinner rush.

    Avoid: Pampas Brazilian Grille
It is overpriced, and they only send around the low quality meat 90% of the time.

Stay at a nice place on the strip, or anyplace off the strip.
I am a huge fan of The Mirage.
    I very unimpressed with Paris.

If I stayed off the strip, the Golden nugget would get my vote for their awesome swimming area.

Bellagio garden is always a treat, and so is the frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! Out of curiousity, has anyone been to see Peepshow?

No, but I did see Fantasy at Luxor and it was awesome if you are a fan of dance.
It is topless, but the weird/cool/interesting thing was, you don't realize when they go topless.
They started out in the bra/underwear, they are dancing, there was smoke, dancing, ropes, dancing and then I realized they were topless like 20 min later?
I asked my friend how long ago the tops came off, and he said it happened awhile ago!
When I saw the poster for Peepshow, I instantly recognized my friends friend, she is the short haired red head to Hollys right! She use to be in Fantasy and that is how I recognized her. Crazy, huh?
