how to have a good day
i had my cast of today what a relief , arm looks horrid all pale yuk !!! but every thing still works , I've still got to wear a support on the wrist and thumb but i don't mind , just nice to be able to get back to normal mind you i might not go back to house work to dangerous !!!!
