Recently spent a little more than $200.00 on a pretty decent massage table. I would never claim to being a great masuesse but according to my wife I am pretty darn good. A good massage is a great treat and very relaxing.

I went out and bought myself some essential oils. Seriously, Darling. look into them. I usually go for Lavendar, peppermint, lemon grass, eucalyptus, tea tree, and frankincense. But they have some like "humming bird" or "forgiveness".

I add some to my bath water, or I put the lavendar on certain areas of my body (behind my ears, temples, neck, over my heart, middle of my chest, bottoms of my feet)

it reallllly helps. If you want more info, PM me and I can help ya

I usually just curl up on the couch to a chick flick and a glass of wine. Paint my nails or give myself a facial. Just little girly things like that. Or I will take a nice hot bath with some bath beads while my favorite music plays.
~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~
