Am 53. Need training. Need advice.
I haven't worked for many years do to my situation. I am in a bad marriage, am a care taker for my mom who had a stroke and is doing really well now. I don't want to leave her alone for 8 hours though. I need to get a divorce and get trained. My interests are art, photography and animals. I have thought about medical billing etc. It isn't my passion though. I am an arts person. Can someone give me some advice on where I should start? Is it too late for me? Should I just jump off a bridge.
lol

its never too late to do something for you self. if your good in photography you could take baby photos, do wedding, reunions, the possibilities are endless and the money you get from doing these things can help you buy better equipment or maybe some college courses. the main thing is after 53 years its time for you.

It's never too late.
Hello and welcome.
I'm sorry that I don't have info to give as far as a path to follow (I'm trying to figure that out myself). But I am hoping that you will be able to follow the same advice that you just gave to me. Don't say that it's too late, that means that you've given up. You'll look back years from now regretting that you never tried. Where there's a will, there's a way. I wish you all the best.

Thanks for the advice. It is easier for me to give out advice than to know what path I should take.

Photography is a great hobby, but a fairly miserable career (I know a professional photographer).
