Thread: How embarrassing!

For the last week I've had laryngitis but it has been getting better. I was sent to the hospital on Friday because I couldn't breathe and they took blood and ran some tests. They gave me antibiotics b/c they said it was an infection (laryngitis) I at least have my voice back now which is good. Yesterday I was sleeping in my bed I was asleep for about 4 hours. I kept feeling something touch my hand but ignored it and kept sleeping b/c I figured it was just the blanket. Then all of a sudden I felt someone hold my hand tight. I turned around in bed and it was boyfriend. He was sittng on a chair next to my bed. He bought me gingerale, a coloring book, medicine, tea and cough drops. It was the nicest thing that I've had done for me. I was amazed b/c he was sitting there just watching me for about an hour and a half. But I was so embarrassed b/c my hair was a mess and I was in blue scrubs (pants) and a shirt that says "you use to be my type but then I got smart". So I walked out of my bedroom with him and my grandparents laughed at me and said I looked like a bus ran me over but then my boyfriend cut in and said "wow" and I tried to scream "what" he said "calm down I just wanted to say you don't have any make up on, your sick and you just woke up and your still beautiful". I just stood there and laughed. (like he took some of my medicine before he came to see me) It must have been one of the most embarssing moments for me. lol
