Cheese, cheese, and more cheese! And wine!

I should clarify that the testosterone in me means that I can eat whatever I like and not put on any weight, so for me it's all unhealthy... Well, I don't bother with chocolate but all sorts of fatty savoury stuff.. and biscuits...

Oh gawd I feel I need to lose some stomach fat lately. I'm trying to cut soda out of my diet but it's just so addictive. Okay I confess to some of my midnight snacks here.....I like a small slice of Carrot cake and sometimes a bowl of Fruit loops before i go to sleep. When I depressed I go for 2 slices...but alot of times I don't like midnight snacks. I hate that bloated feeling before I go to bed and wake up. Just bought some soy milk and I do love to have a cup of soy with a hint of honey in it before I go to bed. So much more healthier than drinking soda.

Lately I've been pigging out on Entemann's Raspberry cake tho...dang why does sugar have to be so bad?? but after this I'm gonna try to cut down on the sweets bigtime.
