So...I have this ridiculous problem of snacking a ton after dinner until I go to sleep. I think it stems from boredom and sitting in front of the television while I "attempt" to get some studying done.
Was just wondering what you all out there love to snack on at night, and maybe share with me some ideas of some decent snacks that will fill me up and last throughout the night....i always wake up STARVING!!!
Self-love has very little to do with how you feel about your outer self. It's about accepting all of yourself. You've got to learn to accept the fool in you as well as the part that's got it goin' on!

For me, i like having tea at nights although that probably isnt a snack but it does the trick for me. Sometimes i may go over the boarder and have a cookie or 2 maybe even some ice cream.
Lately i started having those 100 calorie bar there are oreo, cookies n cream and some other of which i cant remember.

Hello, i know the snacking thing! don't we all. I love popcorn. non buttered of course. very low in cals. and its filling. also a handful of mixed nuts helps me to. as for being hungry in the morning, thats normal. breakfast should be your biggest meal for the whole day.
anyway hope this helps. see ya!

Probably ice water and pretzels...Once in a while I will grab a piece of frozen pizza and thaw it out but I try and stay away from food at night...Diet 7 up takes over where Diet Pepsi began so at the end of the night I literally fizz....But I have for the last 50 years so not to worry....Tonight I got a watermelon so that will come into play....

Hi, I am just the same. Once I am in front of the telly, I can't stop. But found that a nice bowl of Porridge with skimmed milk and low cal sugar with a pinch of cinnamon usually does the trick. Very filling and warming and it only takes 3 minutes in the microwave!!

Wine and cheese! ... ohh... nachos and dip........... ohh....

Wait, you wanted HEALTHY?! ....oh... darn.....

actually I do the same thing as you do, and my only control is having one glass of wine and two crackers with a piece of cheese on them. The rest of the food I put away and clean house...

if anyone catches me in the kitchen after dark they threaten to wake up my baby girl! it works!

I love these. They are a wonderful low calorie snack...Just came from Sam's and got a couple large boxes of the South Beach Diet 100 Calorie Snack Bars Packs....Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip...They are wonderful and if you have the sweet craving, which I always do, they can quench it.....I am the type of person that can mention candy and gain weight......No resistance so it is a constant battle...But life is good so I will not complain....Take care, Caroline

Hehe I eat peanut butter and jelly sometimes when I have a craving, usually on wheat bread then I have some chips with it to and a bottle of water. That always curves my cravings before bed!!
