Oh yes I've been there multiple times.
Not only has changing position been the culprit but things such as the bed starts squeaking etc.
It's very easy to break my concentration.

ROFL.. OMG yes!! Quite a few times. It's so frusterating, I always try to move him back into postion but by that time it's too late and we have to start all over again. I could potentially get off in a matter of minutes if he hit the right spot and kept hitting it. I have to use a toy to get mine by the way, its the bullet right now. I am so gald about this post, thankyou for this it really made me laugh.
