Hmm. I agree on some of it. I don't think men are that simple though! LOL. I think that you *believe* you are simple but you are usually not. It has taken me a long time to figure out that my man is "simple". The *simple* part about it is that he is a man (like most or many) and loves beautiful women....all beautiful women....and wants to look on as many of them as possible and he also likes to fantasize about them, when he finds them particularly attractive.
The complicated part is that women don't think the same way a lot of the time. Women don't always fantasize about other people outside the relationship.
