read your post re: losing things - sounds like me sometimes. Makes me crazy cause I'm so often putting things down (hammer, coffee cup, kitchen knife - whatever I'm using at the moment) and then 5 seconds later can't find it!! I have an upper plate (dental prosthesis - lost several teeth in a fight years ago, plz don't tell ha ha) and lose that dang thing somewhere in the house at least once a week. Arrrgghh!!!
anyway, ya got me laughing - at both of us, I think have a great day, dear

Glad to hear you are doing better dear. Things do take time. Your suggestion 'bout doing something I'm afraid or reluctant to do evey day is a good one. Even little baby-steps toward something better is encouraging.

Been going thru a kind of intense time myself. Introspection and thinking bout "who am I and what the heck is my life about",,, that kind of thing. Been difficult, but a growing thing, I think. That old saw "no pain, no gain" - I think it's true of emotional/spiritual stuff as well as physical toughness.
Well, rambling on again. Sorry, hun. Hope the sleep you're getting is the refreshing kind. Ya still working thru things?
