I have some new info

Hi! go to maude FdA. Click on report adverse event. Put Essure as the product and Conceptus as the manufacturer. It will be confusing but there is 3 places that will allow you to type. Just type what happened in the places it will allow you to type. Don't worry about what it says you should type there just use those places where you can type to tell what happened.
