Hi Avitom, I thought I would talk to you like this so it isn't so public. I wonder if you would consider joining up another thread such as Beautiful disasters so that you can get continued support and encouragement for your weight loss journey. A thread that is only centered around you and your ups and downs may not offer ongoing contributions and no one here would want to see you discouraged and put off your efforts. Most people on this particular forum are wanting to live a healthier life style and company along the path keeps us motivated and enthusiastic. Do please consider joining in with others. You will be encouaged yourself and also offer encouagement to others. Keep posting and good luck.
