wildchild. i been to the solicitor. and she is going to write a letter to the girl askin for dna. and if she doesnt respond to 2 letters then she can say that she wouldnt go ahead with it so we can say the kid aint my partners. and i have to write to the birth registrars as well. and explain to them that i have been in touch with a solicitor. thanks for all your help with this. means alot.. xx
Hi, Glad to hear you are taking steps to resolve this. Hopefully putting her in a put up or shut up situation will get her to back off. My hurt was a long time ago, I've dealt with a couple of men who were unfaithful and have long since learned to do a better job of rolling with the punches.
hey wildchild. just to update you. i have contacted a solicitor and we have an appointment today. going to get her to write a letter to the girl and ask for dna. if she doesnt reply then she cant say my partner is the father of her kid. and going to write a letter to birth, deaths place and find out who signed the birth certificate. as my partner says it wasnt him. i want this girl penalised for all this heartache she has caused. i really feel for you being hurt as well. its not fine. and it takes so long to get over it. is it recently that you were hurt? xx
Life throws us all sorts of stuff, some we want to catch and some is better ducked. I've been hit a few times myself. You have to stay your course and don't let the nut case get to you!
