I am a 27 year old workaholic! Im a teacher, so that means I almost always take my work home with me. The stresses of my job have made it really difficult to have and stick to a workout program. I miss playing sports and being active. Because i am only 5 feet, even just a little bit of weight on me is a lot. :( Im throwing out all excuses andmaking 2012 my year to get everything back on track, especially my health and fitness!
