I gather you belong to another Forum ... This forum is very tame, different, one of offering advice, without judging or attacking.. I belong to another and they go heck bent there.. So just giving you a heads up.

As for arrogant? Na.. He's actually offered very good advice here perhaps read more than one thread before making a management decision on someone...
