Yep, it feels great being able to jog along in the country setting we have here BD. I love it. My shoes are a NZ brand called Bella Sports. They weren't too expensive so I am hoping they will serve me properly. Tried for a wee run early this morning but my ankles were a bit sore - probably from the long jog a couple of days ago, so I came home again. I'll try again in a day or too. I don't want to push things too far.

Weekend looming, I hope you have some romance with your beau planned! I didn't say, I have now taken up jogging! Can run (thats a bit of an overstatement lol) for almost 5kms so I am stoked. Bought new shoes today and am ready to do the whole 5kms tomorrow.......

Nice to be asked after BD. I'm doing pretty well, still exercising madly. The other day I won myself on an online auction, a nice wee elliptical! The exercycle has now taken a back step and has been relegated to the spare bedroom lol Haven't heard anymore from the hospital so I presume my heart is fine except maybe in episodes. Anyway I haven't had one of those for two and half months - a record for the past couple of years. Next time I do have one I am to race off to A&E for an ECG.

That's good. I'm alright, trying not to let my jerk wad of a boss ruin my weekend. I seem to be one of those people that brings work stress home with them, I need to stop that lol.
