Well then it's in his favor, unless it's in both your names and he "relies" that you will keep paying them so that you don't get a bad credit rating and therefore he doesn't have to contact you...
Oh I can change the banking and the payments. He was the one who said If I never plan on moving home he wants nothing more to do with me. So I got all the paperwork in order he just has to contact me back in order to do so. This is what he says he wants he is just not contacting me back.
Ahhhhh... can you speak to his parents? Ask them to assist? Or they wouldn't care.... You may be stuck, and have to continue paying it. Which sucks big time, don't sit around stewing over it for months though... If that ends up being the case, totally forget about emails, etc, get on with your life and unfortunately live with it in order for you to be free.
I've called, left messages... he has to sign paper work re: insurance, car... ect. This is so he gets these items and my name will be removed. I can't get my name off of these items without his signature...... I've tried.
