Rules sweet, you can not start something that already exists.. So, just do an Advanced search on the subject first....

As I stated, they were merged into the existing thread that belongs to another member, on the exact same topic, do an Advance Search on what you intend to create, up the top right hand corner, before you start one to see if one exists first and you wont have that problem...
why have some of my threads been deleted if i have not broken any rules ?
