Yes, fair point. You have been on every other journey with me too so far, so I don't see why this one should be any different.
Lately I had been asking for things to be put right, asking the universe to help me. I wasn't sure how it was going to help me, but I hoped it would in some way.
And tonight, an abusive boyfriend I had from about 4 years ago, turns up on my doorstep to apologise for everything that had went on between us in the past. I hadn't seen him in about 3 years and there he is, standing at my door. The hurt and anger I had kept against him, is now gone.

I believe now, my journey has already began

Hmm laughter could do the same but, this is considered something more powerful It's been recommended to me by the pyschologist. So not really a course, more a journey of self discovery. I'm starting today

8 weeks of practice, and you will be a completely different person. Think differently, react differently to situations, be more happier than you ever have been before, you will be smarter, (not that you need this, but) lines on faces will reduce.
