Here is an excerpt from the Site Rules : "All members are FORBIDDEN from any sort of self-promotion, advertising of products or services, and driving traffic away from our site by means of linking to external sites (even if related to women's health). Anyone who does this, will be immediately banned with no warnings!" As Lana explained, in effort to keep a hold on spam (which we get ALOT of and members don't see it because the moderators work 24/7 to keep our boards as clean as possible) WH does not allow the posting of links. This is not just a rule for you, it's a rule for everyone. I have at times advised people to "google" something, but do not provide the link for them to do it. If people want to be lead to other sites, they may do that on their own accord but should not be directly linked to other sites from WH. Hopefully this answers your questions. We do what we have to do to keep the boards clean.
