I get that sort of foreplay stimulation whenever we are together, basically I have become habituated to it and rarely get turned on enough by it anymore. I do wish I could though because what you described would be perfect. I just have to wait for it to happen naturally I guess, even though its been well over a year of trying everything we can think of.
