I leveled out a bit... after 3 weeks I am not really down all that much.. but I like that they give me energy so I can work out when I get home from work.. and they curb my appetite. So I have dropped to one a day.

What kind of surgery did you have? I understand if you don't want to post it publicly.

my dad was the alki, but my mother seems very similar to yours. she doesnt drink much, but is quite happy to exaggerate, distort and plain lie to manipulate those around her. do you have any siblings? i think as a child i would have given my right hand for a parent, we just kept our heads down and tried to stay out of the way LOL!! take care

Its going ok.. I am down maybe 3 lbs or so.. I took Saturday off from taking them and i rested my workout and just relaxed.. I resumed on Sunday, I plan to "weigh in" and take measurements tomorrow night since that will be one full week and post my results. I think its important to be accurate in public posts... I don't expect to looses 30 in a week but want the extra boost. I was always an athlete and always in good shape in my 20s (even though at the time I thought I was huge, LOL). I ended up dated an alcoholic lazy for 7 years and in turn go lazy and older.. I used to be able to drop weight just by thinking about it...lol

I hope you can manage to drop those last few lbs... I am just dropping my first few...
