I had a healthy baby boy on December 12, 2009. I also had the test that said everything was blocked. I did not have any complications during my pregnancy. We are currently trying to find a firm that will take on the case. So far we haven't had any luck due to the 99.8% claim. I keep being referred by lawyers to bigger firms. They feel I have a case but need to have a big firm in order to fight it. I had a lawyer refer to my case as an Erin Brockovich case. I will keep you updated. Hi there. I just saw your post in regards to a pregnancy after Essure and the possibility of a class action lawsuit. I live in Henderson, NV but would be interested in a lawsuit.
