I had a healthy baby boy on December 12, 2009. I also had the test that said everything was blocked. I did not have any complications during my pregnancy. We are currently trying to find a firm that will take on the case. So far we haven't had any luck due to the 99.8% claim. I keep being referred by lawyers to bigger firms. They feel I have a case but need to have a big firm in order to fight it. I had a lawyer refer to my case as an Erin Brockovich case. I will keep you updated. Please let me know if you hear anything also.

I was just wondering if you had any complications with your pregnancy due to the essure coils or delivery and how your baby was. I just found out Im pregnant with the essure and had the confirmation test. They say my tubes are completely blocked. APparently not. Im just worried now about the pregnancy and baby

did u have your baby yea i have alot of questions on the essure because i had it did in dec. of 09 alot of women are saying that they are getting pregnant on the essure i am just trying to figure out if it is true or false can u write me back

Yes I am soo interested in a class action lawsuit. I mean I had enough kids... ANd I am having another. The economy was bad enough when I got the procedure done in Oct 2008! I was totally sure I didnt want to bring another child in to this mess. just let me know what I have to do... thanks.

Hi there. I just saw your post in regards to a pregnancy after Essure and the possibility of a class action lawsuit. I live in Henderson, NV but would be interested in a lawsuit. I had the procedure completed in April of 2007 and am now 21 weeks pregnant. Please let me know if this is something that you are still pursuing. Thanks!
