I've talked about this a couple times. Not certain which threads. Have you tried a key word search? I got the instructions from a speech therapist but there are sites that give pretty detailed info. You should be able to find the actual exersizes on line.
Opps accidentally answered on my profile. I've have done a google or yahoo search and found exersize instructions before. If you don't find them PM me and we'll find a way to them to you?

I have a lot of suitors and i can hardly remember who is who. There are about 10 of them in line, waiting for me to go out with them for dinner. Whew! I'm sure the ex-bf knew how much he lost! lol!

i am sorry you broke up, you sounded well suited, i read your reply in the he doesnt want to marry me thread, it didnt sound too good. i think my fellow is getting cold feet. not sure, will see how it goes. MEN cant live with them, not allowed to murder them in cold blood! LOL!

and, oh..yeah, I get along well with his family, but sad to say, we broke up...the family is excellent, but the bf has self-issues...so now, i am moving on...easier said than done!

I am in great mood after a 3-day weekend with my bf and his family. It was an awesome experience having them around - we can't be too physically intimate, since we're not married yet, and they are of a conservative religious background. We had to set some modest limit...my! what a blast when we were on our own last night as we got into his apt....*go figure!

everything is so good with me at the moment, just got back from camping in shark bay which is a world heritage area, 6 hours from here. just my SO & i a million miles from everyone else -bliss. my daughter was at riding camp so she was in heaven too. coming back to reality has been a tad difficult. hope life is great with you too.
